Recently I have become interested in developing some skill in Quick Draws. This was inspired byquick draw competitions at plein air events. The idea in those events is to complete a painting in a given time -- usually less than four hours. However I find that in my case, about two hours is enough. So I put together a backpack with a compact carrier for paints and canvas boards and a tripod easel, and started. It is fun and free and I like the expressionism that comes across when I try to paint fast. I just do it!
