Friends -
My hope is that this water color image of Ellie
speaks for itself as much as
this newest member of our extended family has
learned how to express
herself. Even though she does not yet know how
to talk, Ellie certainly
knows how to take charge and make her wishes
known. She does this not only
through vocalizations (baby babbles, laughter,
cries and such) but also
through the amazing plasticity of her ever-changing
facial expressions.
With this super baby power, she can do it all..startle
the unsuspecting,
excite the complacent, energize the lazy, and
charm even the coldest of cold
hearts simply by activating the power of her
expressions.
An amazing almost-one-year old kid. It will be fun to watch her grow.
